Well-detailed "rider" with bold legend of a neater style (later, also Holland mint, with date in cartouche) than usually seen for this wreck, contrastingly toned over lightly corroded surfaces along with some as-made pits. Pedigreed to the Steve Valentine Collection, with original certificate from the salvor/conservator. Recovered from: Merestein, sunk in 1702 off South Africa
